Treasury Manager

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI (100% in-office)
Compensation: Up to $170,000 base + bonus
Relocation Assistance: Available

The Opportunity

A well-established, financially strong organization is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead daily treasury and cash management operations while managing and developing a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful exposure to liquidity planning, investments, and banking relationships in a growing, multi-currency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Treasury Analysts; serve as a key treasury advisor internally
• Oversee daily cash management and weekly cash flow forecasting
• Manage short-term investments and cash optimization strategies
• Support foreign currency exposure management and conversions
• Review and manage banking, credit card, and treasury-related fees
• Ensure compliance with loan, investment, and credit agreements
• Maintain treasury systems access, controls, and account documentation
• Manage letters of credit and performance bonds
• Partner with financial institutions and monitor service levels and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• CTP preferred
• 5+ years of treasury experience, including team leadership
• Strong background in cash management, investments, and banking relationships
• Experience in a multi-currency or international environment preferred

Work Environment

• In-office role (Pleasant Prairie, WI)
• Occasional travel may be required
