CREATING A DATA DRIVEN CULTURE THAT DRIVE RESULTS

Do you know your customers as well as Amazon knows you?

Data is everywhere, and each day more is collected, stored and protected to gain competitive advantages and drive results.  Still, studies suggest that < 35% is analyzed.  F&A professionals can play a greater leadership role by exploring data beyond dollars and cents to increase overall productivity, profits, and yes, employee engagement.

Lynn Corazzi, Founder & Owner, Data2Profit

Lynn is the founder and owner of Data2Profit Consulting, which is focused on helping companies start, or jump-start, their data journey.  As both a creator and consumer of data analytics, Lynn has partnered with senior leaders to turn untapped data into higher productivity, sales and profits in a variety of businesses.

Lynn’s background includes 14 years of financial leadership at Procter & Gamble, where is experience spanned business unit finance, plant finance and European Financial Planning & Analysis.  While living in North Carolina he completed his MBA at Duke University.

Lynn got involved with data analytics after moving to Wisconsin to work with a food manufacturer.  With that company, he created a brand team of 5 analysts who worked with sales, CRM and trade partner data to create and incorporate new business information into strategy develop, performance management processes and incentive programs.

As an independent consultant, Lynn’s client base ranges from a homebuilder, ad agency, e-learning company, insurance agency and non-profit start up.   His unique value is the creation of new insights that increase sales and support development of data-driven cultures.
