HIRE 4 PERFORMANCE
Jonathan Reynolds, CEO, Titus Talent Strategies
Ben Murphy, Vice President of Sales, Titus Talent Strategies
Attracting and hiring top performers isn't for the faint of heart. Let's face it, at time it can be a bit overwhelming! This presentation helps to simplify the recruiting process while guaranteeing better results and more quality hires at all levels within the organization. We'll take you through our revolutionary 4-step process and how you not only WHY it's different but HOW to incorporate this into your hiring process today. We will highlight the innovative behavioral and cognitive science behind optimizing your work force across generations - from millennials to baby boomers. Our goal is to assist you in uncovering and developing your people's natural, individual drivers and strengths.
